Fig lovers must try marinated baby figs from Far Meadow Lodge. These figs are no bigger than your thumb, and come marinated in a jar of brown sugar syrup flavoured with star anise and cinnamon. Serve them as part of a fig, rocket and goat cheese salad for entre, or on top of a dollop of thick plain Greek yoghurt for a simple but delicious dessert.

Far Meadow Lodge also makes a great dukka. Their blend includes sesame seeds, almonds, hazelnuts, cumin and coriander. Dip crusty bread into extra virgin olive oil and then into the dukka.
